C.

Order the special election to be held on November 4, 2025, for the purpose of adopting or rejecting the proposed Constitutional Amendments as submitted by the 89th Legislature, Regular Session, of the State of Texas.

D.

Ratify Change Order #1 from K-W Construction, Inc. for the Juvenile Medical Bay Project.

E.

Budget Amendment: 25-77 Fund: General (100). To transfer funds from various operational accounts to controlled assets and capital equipment to fund two (2) wireless headset systems for Engine 71 and Engine 72 and to fund a UTV upgrade(GC#26136). 

F.

In accordance with the Guadalupe County Travel Policy, authorization for one Sheriff's Office Employee to travel out-of-state to the National Computer Forensics Institute training in Hoover, Alabama, August 24-September 5, 2025.

G.

Review the bid tabulation and award the contract for IFB 25-25, Corrugated Pipe, Concrete Pipe, and Concrete Box Culverts.

H.

The Proposed Addendum to the Rules of Procedure, Conduct, and Decorum at Meetings of the Guadalupe County Commissioners Court.

Schedule a community engagement and collaboration workshop to introduce and receive feedback on the proposed revisions to the Guadalupe County Major Thoroughfare Plan, and publish notice accordingly.
